The site is in the Shahama neighbourhood in the suburbs of Abu Dhabi adjacent to the main motorway linking Abu Dhabi to Dubai, 15 minutes away from the international airport. The mall is organized on three levels with the supermarket on the ground floor, the main fashion retail stores on the first floor and the entertainment and food court on the top floor. The car park will be built on five levels attached to the main retail building and linked via an atrium with escalators and lifts. At the centre of the mall there will be a multi storey atrium with an ice skating rink at its base.
