This master plan for an existing industrial site looked at making the best use of the sloping site by maximizing views and the connection to the water reservoir park. By placing single loaded apartments at the top end of the site next to the railway it allows the rest of the site to become a quiet haven. The density and scale of the buildings decrease as they approach the reservoir allowing for four bedroom homes to front the park. The site is accessed through a new village green with a variety of surrounding uses to ensure week-long vitality.
