This residential tower was designed on a very tight site bordered by the South Quay waterway and the raised DLR railway. Given the noise emitted from the railway the façade of the building was designed in order to be able to create an acoustic buffer by creating a blank façade towards the railway and projecting bays opening up spectacular views towards Canary Wharf. Due to the high water table and the raised railway blocking the views at the lower levels of the tower, the car parking spaces will be placed at the lower level in a system of car stackers reached by car lifts.
