As the Design Partner of the practice, Nic is in charge of the design direction of the firm. After graduating from Cornell university in the USA, Nic worked for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill's London office where he spent 12 years in addition to two years in the New York office. During the last four years he was the Design Director in London. Throughout those years he worked on projects such as Broadgate, London; Atlantico Arena, Lisbon Expo 98', Portico in Madrid, Amsterdam and the New Providence Wharf residential complex in London.

Since the creation of Jacobs Webber LLP in 2003, Nic has designed projects like the residential complex at Skyline Central in Manchester, the mixed use projects on the Great West Road, London; the Angel Tower residential building and Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi.

As the Managing Partner of the practice, Paul is responsible for the project and design management of the projects as well as the management of the office. After graduating from Kingston University and the University of Illinois, Paul worked for 10 years at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill's London office where he led on projects such as Canary Wharf, London; Atlantico Arena, Lisbon Expo 98' and the Conrad Hotel in Cairo. After SOM, Paul worked for Ove Arup Management and Tishman Speyer as their European design Director on projects such as Aldgate and CBX in Paris.

Since the creation of Jacobs Webber LLP in 2003 Paul has managed projects like the residential complex at Skyline Central in Manchester, the mixed use projects on the Great West Road, London; the Angel Tower residential building as well as residential developments in Dorset and Hampshire.

As the Interiors Director of the practice, Sonia is in charge of the design of all the interiors projects. After graduating as an architect from the University of Buenos Aires, Sonia worked for more than 8 years for Studios Architecture London's office and two years in their New York office. During those years she worked on projects such as Bloomberg's Paris offices; Morgan Stanley's New York offices and Young & Rubicam's London offices.

Since the creation of Jacobs Webber LLP in 2003, Sonia has designed the offices of Turner Broadcasting London; Tishman Speyer's London offices; Time Warner's London offices; NH Hotels London serviced apartments and hotel in Knightsbridge; MTV's London offices; Squire, Sanders & Dempsey's Kiev offices; and Sony's London offices and screening rooms.
