The 50 storey East tower was placed along the Millharbour waterfront whiles the 35 storey West tower was placed along Marsh Wall. Both buildings enjoy panoramic views across the Isle of Dogs as well as across to Canary Wharf; on the 50 floor there will be a cocktail bar open to the public. At the base of the towers there will be a health club as well as convenience retail. The buildings will have a range of apartment types ranging from studios up to spectacular 3 bed penthouses. The buildings will be clad in pre-cast stone, glass and metal. This project was desinged whist at SOM.
