The residential waterfront crescent building is the first building to be completed and it contains 520 apartments. The crescent was designed, while at SOM , to contain an oval riverside park that is edged by a continuous canal that terminates in a waterfall adjacent to the health club. The building steps down from 18 to 11 storeys creating seven large terraces occupied by large penthouse apartments. The building is enclosed in glass, aluminium and terracotta panels.
