This mixed use building contains a four storey office building that has roof top residential penthouses, a ground floor health club, retail and an exhibition centre. The building is organized around a central raised courtyard that is connected to the adjacent building. A seven storey atrium fronts the main road acting as an urban entry foyer for the ground floor public uses. The all glass facades are shaded by a series of multi-coloured protruding glass fins. This project was designed whilst at SOM.
