This master plan for the development of a new neighbourhood of Yeovil will include a new primary school and convenience retail in addition to 700 new homes. The site slopes down towards the Yeo river allowing for spectacular panoramic views. The roads and public spaces follow the contours of the site in order to allow for ease of use by pedestrians as well as ease of construction. The neighbourhood will have a variety of houses and apartments buildings, private and affordable, allowing for a mixed diverse community.
