The residential buildings are organized around a new street, a public square and two private courtyards. On the south side of the streets there will be 39 houses with south facing courtyards whiles on the north side there will be a wide range of apartments ranging from studios to three bedroom penthouses that will step up from 4 up to eight stories. In the centre there will a plaza with a children's playground and a high level health club. The facades will be built predominantly out of brick and wood cladding.
