This new multi-tenant office building was designed whilst at SOM. It is about a block away from the inner ring road of central Moscow. It has a central core with floor plates of approximately 1,860 m2 /20,000sf and a depth of lease span of 12m from glass to core. The central core allows for an ease of subdivision into multi-tenancies per floor with little loss of net area. The cladding is floor to ceiling clear vision curtain walling and metal spandrels. The building is free standing in its plot allowing for panoramic views over the surrounding landscaped gardens.
