These two offi9ce buildings frame the entrance to the Snowhill mixed use complex that also includes two levels of retail, parking and three residential buildings. Both office buildings have floor plates that have a depth of lease span of 18 metres. Each building has a central core that allows them to be easily sub-dividable into smaller tenancies of four or more per floor. Due to the fact that the Law Courts are very nearby there is an expectancy that there will be a predominance of legal practices that require mainly cellular offices with a requirement of a lot of perimeter.
