This masterplan for this phase of the Marjan Island covers an area of 57 hectares. This community will include an office district, retail and entertainment areas, 4 hotels, nursery and primary schools, a sports club and several residential neighbourhoods which will include beach front villas, terraced town -houses and luxury apartments all with gardens and swimming pools. The residential communities are integrated through organic free flowing roads linked to linear parks. At the centre of the development there will be a lagoon with a wide crescent beach that will become the social hub of the new island.
