This feasibility study intended to analyze the capacity of the site in order to be able to maximize the office accommodation. This site is currently part of the Aldgate Roundabout and is part of an overall master plan to close the roundabout, create a new urban park and build on part of the existing road. Historically the site had been crossed by Commercial Road and a number of utilities including a major Victorian tunnel restrict the occupation of that part of the site. The proposal places two buildings on either side of the tunnel with the possibility of having linking spaces at higher levels.
