This scheme situated on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro comprises residential and apartment hotel accomodation in partnership with the adjacent hotel and trade fair schemes. The building is arranged as a podium of 7 floors on the waterfront with a 22 storey tower element to the rear of the site which is lifted to create a 4-storey high atrium space. The serated edge facade maximises views to the sea and the old town of Budva further along the bay.
